We are offering a rare, fully-furnished early 19th Century Doll's House (FS32/740) for auction on Day Two of the Fine Sale on Wednesday, 5th October 2016 in Exeter and Online via the Internet.

A rare item will be offered for sale in our quarterly two day fine art auction to be held on 4th/5th October 2016.

The large painted pine doll's house (FS32/740) is dated 1803 and is under a green painted simulated titled pitch roof and with a brickwork hinged from it. It comprises six rooms including hall, staircase and landing, dining room, drawing room, kitchen and bedroom.

Each room is superbly furnished with numerous items collected by the present owners over a number of years. The pre-sale estimate is £8,000-£12,000.

The doll's house will be offered on the second day of the two day sale on Wednesday, 5th October 2016.
