Edward Twycross was a Dublin silversmith, but also known as the author of The Mansions of England and Wales in 1847, a set of volumes used as a historical reference book for the stately homes of England and Wales.

The forthcoming Antiquarian Book Auction on 15th March 2017 includes a copy of the County of Cornwall.
