A cased Colt .36 calibre 'Model 1851' single action six shot Navy revolver serial number 38281 for 1854, with octagonal sighted barrel stamped 'Address Col Colt London' retaining faint traces of original blue finish, the cylinder with engraved naval scene, stamped 'Colts Patent' to frame, walnut one piece grips, iron grip strap with lanyard and iron trigger guard, matching numbers throughout, London proof marks, in a fitted case with cleaning rod, Colts patent bullet mould, iron nipple tool, cap tin and Colts Navy Flask by James Dixon & Sons.
