A fine early 19th century Coalport botanical part dessert service painted with named botanical specimens within pierced rims highlighted with anthemion and floral gilding, each titled in blue enamel to the reverse, circa 1820; comprising eight plates, 22 cm; two shell-shaped dishes, 26 cm; an oval dish 28cm and an octagonal dish, 22cm (12) *Note. The botanical specimens probably taken from 'Curtis's Botanical Magazine'.
