Sale FS40; Lot: 0548: A Chinese copper-red and underglaze blue bowl-stand of globular form on a shaped dish and splayed foot, painted with pomegranates and floral sprays within foliate, key pattern and double line borders, horizontal Qianlong seal mark to the inside of the footrim and of the period, 17.5cm [minor frits].

Sale FS21; Lot: 0576: Charlotte Rhead, a tube-lined rectangular tile decorated with Elaine, the lily maid of Astolat guarding the shield of Lancelot, signed with initials 'L R.', 30 x 15cm, glaze imperfections. The composition is taken from an illustration by George Woolliscroft Rhead for an 1898 publication of Tennyson's Idylls of the King, a copy of which is included in the lot. The volume was illustrated in partnership with Louis Rhead raising the possibility that the tile was tubelined by him rather than Charlotte.

Sale FS38; Lot: 0516: A Chinese porcelain bowl of squat globular form painted in blue with a panel containing two figures, a deer and crane in front of a waterside shrine and verso with travellers beside a lake flanked by a ruyi head sceptre below a lappet band, with metal handles, concentric circles to base, Kangxi, 24cm diameter [cover lacking, minor stain towards base].
