A pair of George III carved mahogany pier tables, with later rectangular tops and moulded friezes, having gadrooned aprons, centred by foliate scroll designs, raised on moulded square chamfered legs, headed with acanthus leaves - The tops were probably originally with marble, now measuring 131.5cm (4ft 3 3/4in) and 133cm (4ft 4 1/4in) x 71cm (2ft 4in).

Lot Description

A pair of George III carved mahogany pier tables, with later rectangular tops and moulded friezes, having gadrooned aprons, centred by foliate scroll designs, raised on moulded square chamfered legs, headed with acanthus leaves - The tops were probably originally with marble, now measuring 131.5cm (4ft 3 3/4in) and 133cm (4ft 4 1/4in) x 71cm (2ft 4in).
