A Japanese carved mother-of-pearl seal of pierced rectangular form surmounted by a gourd, and with trailing foliate decoration, 65cm long.

The Roberts Collection

This item is part of a 52 lot collection being sold at auction through Bearnes Hampton & Littlewood.

A collection of predominantly 19th century Japanese carved ivory netsuke and okimono inherited and subsequently curated by the late Devon collector RR Roberts over the past four decades.
