Georg Jensen. A silver necklace of large open work links by Ibe Dahlquist, design number 192H the reverse stamped with Georg Jensen maker's marks, also '925S DENMARK' and with London import marks for 1974, approximately 52gms gross weight together with blue Georg Jensen case.

Important Notes

have been treated to enhance their colour or clarity. Sapphires and rubies are commonly
heat-treated and emeralds are commonly oiled. In the case of heat treatment, this
is permanent but can affect the durability of the stones. In the case of oiling,
this may need to be redone after a period of years. The international jewellery
trade has generally accepted these methods. It is not possible for Bearnes Hampton
& Littlewood to obtain gemmological reports on stones offered for sale and so
prospective buyers should assume all gemstones have been enhanced by some method.
