Biography of Romanian painter Sava Hentia (1858-1904)
Sava Hentia (1848-1904) was a Romanian painter of landscapes, genre and portraits.
Hentia was born at Sibisel in the region of Hunedoara in Romania. He graduated from the Belle Arte University in Bucharest and studied under Theordore Aman and Gheorghe Tatarascu.
His works are to be found in many public collections within Romania and Eastern Europe. He died in 1904.
