Biography of artist Anthony Victor Rosewarne (1917-2004)
Anthony Victor Rosewarne (1917-2004) was a British painter, who was born in Margate in Kent in 1917. Rosewarne gained a degree at the Royal College of Art in London.
Rosewarne lived and worked in Harrow before moving to Devon in 1960, where he opened the Torbay Gallery for local artists and taught at Paignton College.
Rosewarne died in Paignton, Devon in 2004.
