Sale Notes

Our next auction at our Honiton salerooms includes an instantly recognisable piece of Lalique glassware. The demand for such pieces continues in the current market and should attract attention to this sale.

Along with a good selection of ceramics and works of art, there are a number of pieces of furniture on offer that would be useful in a modern home. An Edwardian inlaid mahogany music cabinet could serve as a useful filing cabinet for any home office, whilst an oak double elephant plan chest could certainly be a talking point in a contemporary office or gallery.

In an age where you have to pay for the expense of putting together modern furniture for yourself, auctions provide an excellent source of practical, hard wearing and decorative furniture that will out last several generations.
