Our current buyer's premium and seller's commission rates are detailed below.

Buyer's Premium

Our Buyer's Premium is 19% (plus VAT at 20%) for items up to £25,000 (which is equivalent to a VAT inclusive rate of 22.8%); and then 14% (plus VAT at 20%) thereafter (which is equivalent to a VAT inclusive rate of 16.8%).

If the item is bought over the Internet using our Live Bidding System then an additional 3% premium (plus VAT at 20%) is added (which is equivalent to an additional VAT inclusive rate of 3.6%).

Seller's Commission

We charge 18% seller's commission. This rate includes VAT (at 20%).
