Biography of german artist Carl Friendrich Heinrich Werner (1808-1894)

Carl Friendrich Hienrich Werner (German; 1808-1894) was a German architectural and landscape painter who studied in Leipzig and Munich. Werner travelled widely in Europe, the Near East and Britain. He was elected to the NWS in 1860, exhibiting regularly in England from that year.
