smooth and as efficient as possible. The administrative team is co-ordinated by
director Rachel Littlewood.

Sue Tharby and Adrian Tanner look after the office accounts.
Vendors' Administration
Lynne Rollason co-ordinates the administration of selling vendor items.
Exeter Reception
Diana Wilkinson and Jo Dymerska are in charge of the reception at Okehampton Street
and will usually be the first people to meet you when you arrive at our offices
in Exeter.
Honiton Reception
Ann Hampton runs the reception at Dowell Street in Honiton and will normally be
the first person to welcome you to our offices in Honiton.
Valuations
Kellie Thorne is the Valuations Secretary and is responsible for co-ordinating the
administrative aspects of our valuations work. She is based at Okehampton Street.
Publicity and Advertising
Rachel Littlewood and Karen Reed manage the publicity and advertising aspects of
our sales and other activities. They are based at our head office at Okehampton
Street.
